Polymechanic as Tool Cylindrical Grinder in 2-Shift Operation
Activities
- Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC cylindrical grinding machines (Studer)
- Precision machining of workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications
- Carrying out quality checks with 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Ensuring highest accuracy in the micrometre range
- Documentation of measurement results and compliance with quality standards
- Monitoring and continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes
- Maintenance and care of machines in daily operation
Requirements
- Completed training as a production mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing
- Experience in tool grinding is an advantage
- Technical understanding and high precision in working methods
- Independent, reliable and willing to learn personality
- Team spirit as well as willingness to take responsibility
- Flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic production environment
