Your Responsibilities
- Own supplier setup and initial purchasing for NPI, including cost and inventory management
- Design and implement effective supply chain concepts to bring new products into production smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparent communication and on-time delivery
- Maintain logistics master data and enable seamless integration into MRP processes
- Monitor NPI orders and proactively ensure timely shipments
- Manage and drive the NPI Product Approval Workflow in Dynamics 365
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Anticipate supply risks, define mitigation actions, and track KPIs while ensuring compliance
Requirements
- Degree in supply chain, procurement, project management, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or project purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
- Understanding of supply chain strategies, cost structures, and multi-sourcing approaches
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Very good German and good English skills
