Your field of activity

• You take overall responsibility for the conceptual direction and operational implementation of complex property and site developments, from the initial vision to the start of operations
• Based on sound potential analyses, you develop innovative and economically viable project visions
• All planning processes and tools, from spatial planning through study procedures to building permits and execution, are your responsibility
• With a steady hand, you lead and coordinate general contractors, planners, specialists, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders in the sense of integrated project management (Design-Build)
• Marketing processes, user retention, as well as negotiation and conclusion of contracts also fall within your scope of work

Your foundation

• You have a completed degree as an architect or civil engineer or a real estate business qualification as well as proven experience in real estate development
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, personal responsibility, and passion for sustainable real estate development characterise your working style
• With your network and sound market knowledge, you move confidently in the economic environment of the Aargau, Basel, and Zurich regions
• Your clear leadership qualities, combined with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and high quality awareness, distinguish you
• You approach innovation, digitalisation, and social trends with curiosity, openness, and the necessary flexibility, even in dynamic situations
