Quality Controller

Looking for Quality Controllers (M/F) – Watch Manufactures in Geneva

As part of long-term temporary assignments within renowned watch manufactures based in Geneva, we are seeking several Quality Controllers (M/F) to strengthen the production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect the aesthetic and dimensional aspects of watch components and movements
• Verify the conformity of parts using plans and technical documents
• Use standard control tools and ensure the digital tracking of results
• Handle small components with precision
• Detect non-conformities and ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards
• Ensure traceability and reliability of the controls performed

Profile:

• Training in quality control or significant experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in aesthetic and dimensional control, ideally in watchmaking
• Proficiency with common measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, gauge
• Meticulousness and great precision
• Strong attention to detail
• Autonomy in work
• Ability to strictly adhere to quality standards
• Good concentration and reliability
