The broadening of our mandate to include Artificial Intelligence, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and E-Banking — in addition to the original focus on Wealth Navigator — requires additional support to sufficiently service our front-office users and end-clients. Dedicated support is needed to ensure strategic readiness for major upcoming projects in Switzerland, including the Direct Order rollout, Portfolio Analysis decommissioning, CLM BR switch, and host system replacement.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Lead and coordinate adoption and engagement initiatives across multiple transformation programmes, including Wealth Navigator, AI, CLM, and E-Banking

Design and deliver targeted change management activities to enable smooth transitions and sustainable user adoption

Develop and implement training materials and communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups

Facilitate workshops, sessions, and roadshows to engage users and address change barriers

Apply Agile methodologies to plan, iterate, and adapt engagement approaches throughout project lifecycles

Collaborate closely with project teams, business units, and IT partners to align adoption strategies with technical delivery timelines

Monitor and analyse user adoption patterns using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms

Report on engagement progress and effectiveness to stakeholders and decision-makers
YOUR PROFILE

Relevant tertiary education or higher vocational qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field

Demonstrable experience in Training & Change Management, preferably within digital transformation or IT-driven initiatives

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience operating in fast-paced, iterative project environments

Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities across different levels and functions, with the ability to communicate complex topics simply

Proven ability to drive User Engagement in complex, multi-channel environments

Experience with Adoption Analytics - collecting, interpreting, and acting on user behaviour data to improve outcomes

Proficiency in using collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation, task tracking, and team coordination

Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage
