To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a social and educational assistant, available as soon as possible.
Your environment and your mission
You will join a committed team working both at the Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) and at the EMS Le Pavillon. In collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, we ensure personalised and attentive support for beneficiaries and residents, to guarantee a life project adapted to each individual.
The CAT welcomes 14 beneficiaries in a secure, warm, and caring environment, with support tailored to each person’s needs. The EMS Le Pavillon, composed of 17 rooms, supports 32 residents respecting their rhythm and individual needs, offering daily care as well as varied activities promoting their well-being and fulfilment.
As a social and educational assistant, you will actively participate in the development and implementation of the life projects of the people supported. In collaboration with the care teams and relatives, you will contribute to promoting their autonomy, quality of life, and daily well-being.
As an ASE, your main duties will include:
- Leading and developing activities adapted to the needs of the participants.
- Encouraging the people supported to participate in social and cultural life.
- Designing and implementing activities.
- Ensuring the distribution and support of residents during meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), in a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Acting while constantly keeping in mind the principle of promoting autonomy, decision-making power, and independence of each individual.
- Promoting a safe and encouraging environment for all residents.
Your profile
- Holder of a CFC ASE or considered equivalent.
- Driving licence (car) manual and automatic.
- Demonstrated skills in group and individual animation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish trusting relationships with various interlocutors.
- Initiative and adaptability in varied situations.
