Claims Officer

Claims Specialist / Senior Claims Officer 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Independent case processing for old age, death and disability (including complex special cases)

• Analysis of medical reports and review of IV preliminary decisions

• Calculation of benefit entitlements, offsets and overcompensations

• Telephone and written advice to pension recipients as well as interfaces

• Close cooperation with the finance department regarding pension payments and closures

What you bring

• Commercial basic training with further education as a social insurance expert

• Several years of practical experience in claims processing (BVG / social insurances)

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (French and/or Italian are clearly preferred)

• High service orientation, team spirit and independent working style

• Enjoyment of on-site teamwork
