For four years, Spitex Emmen has been successfully working with a full-time vocational training team, taking a pioneering role in outpatient education in healthcare. The future-oriented training department now trains a large number of HF students as well as FaGe apprentices.
Due to the departure of the long-standing team leader, we are looking for an experienced and motivated personality to lead this well-structured and innovative training department as

Your main tasks with us are
- overall responsibility for the well-organized and interesting education department
- personnel and professional leadership of the vocational training team as well as the students and apprentices
- organization and implementation of regular exchange forums (team meetings, site discussions, employee interviews, etc.)
- active participation in the selection process of new students/apprentices in close cooperation with HR management
- administrative tasks related to the team leader role
- strategic further development in the field of education together with the executive management
What you bring with you
- completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- trainer with a federal specialist certificate or willingness to obtain it
- empathetic, communicative, and integral personality
- excellent communication skills in spoken and written form as well as flawless German skills
- IT skills in MS 365 are an advantage
