You are studying for a Master’s degree in Business Administration or have just completed it and are interested in controlling? Then we have an exciting internship position in controlling at BEKB at Bundesplatz in Bern available immediately or by arrangement for active participation in this varied field of work!

• You actively contribute to the BEKB controlling team and get to know the diverse tasks and activities in this exciting area
• You analyse and prepare financial and business data, thereby making an important contribution to the bank’s financial management
• You participate in the further development of controlling instruments, data analyses and processes, bringing in your analytical and digital skills
• You assist in the creation and further development of management reports, key figures and dashboards and prepare relevant information tailored to the target audience
• You contribute to a cross-departmental project for the further development of value-oriented bank management and gain exciting insights into the conceptual foundations, data modelling and business management of a larger cantonal bank

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and are currently studying for a Master’s with a focus on controlling, finance or a related field – or have just completed your studies
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience in controlling or finance and want to deepen your knowledge in a professional environment
• You convince with a strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data – as a service-oriented personality, you also bring team spirit, accuracy and reliability
• You have very good MS Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI is an advantage
• You are interested in business contexts, controlling and the financial management of a bank and want to apply and develop your knowledge practically in the banking environment
