Your tasks:
- Leading the logistics department with approx. 20 employees and two shift supervisors
- Leading and actively participating in daily shopfloor meetings
- Continuous optimization of logistical processes through lean management, digitalization, and modern technologies
- Ensuring professional use of ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Responsibility for inventory in your area of responsibility
- Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., purchasing, assembly, sales) as well as external partners (e.g., logistics service providers, transport companies, customs)
- Promoting occupational safety and continuous improvement together with your team
Your profile:
- Completed technical basic training with further education in logistics/supply chain management (e.g., HF or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in leading logistics teams – ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid know-how in process optimization, lean management, and digital transformation
- Team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to network and inspire employees as well as external partners
- Project-strong personality with a sense of efficiency, quality, and cost awareness
- Very good German skills, good English skills
