For our client, an established Swiss industrial company with modern production facilities, we are looking for a committed specialist for mechanical maintenance. In this varied role, you will work together with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and operational safety of sophisticated production and supply systems and make an important contribution to smooth operations.
- Analysing and rectifying mechanical faults to ensure high system availability
- Preventive maintenance as well as continuous optimisation of existing systems
- Dismantling, overhauling and assembling machine components, drives, pumps, gearboxes and assemblies
- Performing welding and locksmith work in plant and pipeline construction
- Assisting with conversions, modernisations and technical improvement projects
- Supporting the commissioning of technical systems and operating equipment
- Checking and maintaining pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components
- Documenting completed work and supporting spare parts management
- Participating in on-call duty to ensure continuous operation
- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance or servicing of production systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience in welding as well as plant or pipeline construction is an advantage
- Technical understanding of industrial processes and production systems
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and resilient personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional work outside regular hours

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as a maintenance mechanic EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ, construction machinery mechanic EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ or comparable field- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance or servicing of production systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience in welding as well as plant or pipeline construction is an advantage
- Technical understanding of industrial processes and production systems
