Job Description
As a recruitment consultant, you will enter a large, varied, and guaranteed never boring field of tasks. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process of applicants and independently take care of the needs analysis of your clients. The following tasks are part of your duties:- Telephone customer acquisition
- Scheduling candidates
- Conducting job interviews
- Organising customer events
- Maintaining your employees as well as customers

- You are based in St. Gallen and know your way around here
- As a communication talent, you are not afraid to approach people
- You have a confident appearance and master the art of persuasion
- Driving licence category B is mandatory so that you can be flexible at your clients’ premises
