Job Description:

As a site manager with experience in site management in Switzerland, you will oversee the execution of works from the start of construction to commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as monitoring tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you optimise the progress of the works, establish the schedule, and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions. You liaise directly with the client and represent IB’s good image to them.

What we expect from you:

• Certificate of studies in architecture (HES or EPFL) or building draughtsperson / ES technician

• Extensive experience and professional skills in Site Management

• Knowledge in the field of tenders

• Knowledge in the preparation of bids (Messerli)

• Knowledge in the financial organisation of construction sites (Messerli)

• Knowledge of SIA standards in Switzerland

• Organisational skills, structured and reliable working method

• Fluency in spoken and written French
