Polymechanic with CNC Programming and Laser Processing

• Independent work on the Bystronic laser, bending robot and Trumpf punch-laser (i.e. programming, setting up and operating)
• Manufacturing of high-quality individual and series parts according to workshop drawings and instructions
• Self-inspection of the produced workpieces (i.e. measuring)
• Provision of material as well as reworking and forwarding of products
• Optimisation of existing programmes
• Responsibility for maintenance and servicing of the machines
• Documenting first orders / prototypes
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

• Further training in CNC programming as well as experience in using TruTopsBoost and the Bysoft7 programme is an advantage
• Experience in handling CNC-controlled laser cutting and combined punching
• Several years of professional experience in the mechanical engineering environment (sheet metal processing)
• Very good technical understanding
• Responsible and quality-conscious working method

• Good knowledge in reading plans / sketches
