... to ensure through targeted paid social strategies, focused ad formats and data-driven optimisation that your clients' campaign goals achieve the best possible performance values on all social media advertising platforms. You design and manage paid campaigns, continuously optimise based on relevant KPIs and develop innovative approaches to increase advertising effectiveness. In addition, you analyse the behaviour of target groups and implement data-based decisions for effective performance improvement.

You...

• have experience in the conception and implementation of social media campaigns (paid advertising on social media channels)
• are familiar with the relevant Ads Managers
• are familiar with optimisation options at campaign or ad set level, can analyse campaigns and create meaningful reports
• are familiar with media planning, creation of forecast overviews and campaign reports
• can handle analysis tools (Meta Reporting, Google Analytics, monitoring tools, Excel reports, PowerPoint slides) and feel confident in their application
• speak German and English and can demonstrate a degree or further training in marketing, communication, business or comparable fields
