About the job

• You take product responsibility for the portfolio of acceleration and tilt sensors throughout the entire lifecycle
• You strategically develop the portfolio further and successfully position it in the market – based on solid market, customer, and competitor analyses
• You coordinate and implement international market launches in close cooperation with our global sales organizations
• You open up new business areas and develop innovative applications together with industry management and sales
• You are responsible for product controlling and initiate targeted measures for control and optimization
• You actively participate in development projects as well as international customer projects and translate customer requirements into concrete solutions
• You convince with presentations and conduct customer and sales training at an international level

• You have a completed engineering degree with business management training or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in product management – especially in portfolio strategy, roadmap definition, and lifecycle management
• You have a good market understanding in the automation industry and a pronounced customer orientation
• You think analytically, act entrepreneurially, and make well-founded decisions based on data and market knowledge
• You communicate confidently in German and English and move confidently in an international environment
• You appear convincing, likeable, and motivating and can inspire others with your natural manner
• You bring willingness to travel as well as intercultural competence and feel comfortable in a global environment
