Your impact with us
You will support four people with particularly demanding and intensive care needs in implementing their individual life plans. Professionally, pragmatically, and with a good dose of humour, you will contribute to this task and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration.
What distinguishes you
- Training as a FaBe, social pedagogue, qualified psychiatric nurse; specialist in psychiatric care and support BP
- Reflective, pragmatic approach
- Driving licence is an advantage
- Interest and enjoyment in working with adults with cognitive impairments and ASD
- Experience in handling demanding care situations
- You are accustomed to irregular working hours as well as on-call/standby duties
- You have IT skills and good German language skills
- Willingness to work weekend and public holiday shifts
