For our production department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Team Leader Process Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in shift work and apprentices as machine operators EFZ and plastics technologists EFZ (team size +15 people)
Coordination and planning of assigned personnel in consultation with the production planner
Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with all quality & deadline requirements
Coordinating troubleshooting in close coordination with specialist departments
Participation and leadership of projects for production development

Your Profile

Completed further training, for example industrial foreman, process technician HF, or comparable education
Several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in plastics processing
Proven leadership qualities and organizational talent
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Independent, committed, and team-oriented personality
Joy and enthusiasm to lead, challenge, motivate, and support your team
