• You independently and professionally carry out basic and treatment care within the scope of your competencies.
• You support our clients with everyday activities and promote their independence and quality of life.
• You step in flexibly when needed and support our care team in various assignments in the Breitenbach region.
• You observe changes in health status and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You document your care services carefully and ensure smooth information exchange.
• You provide safety, trust and well-being with your warm and professional manner.

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in independently caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional assignments when needed
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• Responsibility, professional competence and a careful working style
• Good German language skills
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people
