Centre de la Douleur Riviera SA, a medical practice specialising in neurosurgery, anaesthesia and pain management, is looking to complete its team with a medical assistant or medical secretary.
Your mission:
Within a small team, you contribute to the smooth running of the Centre and to the quality of reception and care of our patients. The role is distinguished by its versatility and combines administrative tasks, care and medico-technical activities.
Reception and administration
- Physical and telephone reception of patients;
- Management of appointments and diaries;
- Processing requests and administrative follow-up of patient files;
- Billing and routine administrative tasks;
- Organisation and coordination of operations and analgesic procedures
Care and medico-technical activities
- Participation in consultations and care, including wound care;
- Performing ECGs;
- Digital radiology;
- Reading and monitoring of spinal cord stimulators and implanted pumps;
- Assistance during analgesic interventions in the operating theatre with radioscopy, flat sensor and/or ultrasound.
Your profile:
You have recognised training in the medical or medico-administrative field:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as medical assistant or equivalent qualification; or
- Medical secretary diploma, ideally complemented by experience in a medical practice, clinic or hospital environment.
- Other relevant training in the medical or care field may also be considered depending on your background and experience.
- Previous experience in a medical environment is an asset

What we offer you:
- A workload of 70 to 100%;
- Work from Monday to Friday with, from 1 January 2027, a Saturday morning on rotation, with the presence of a doctor and a medical assistant;
- 5 weeks of holiday per year;
