The assignments during the 18-month programme will be cross-departmental or project-based and tailored individually according to your interests and skills.

• With practical assignments within and outside IT, you will continuously deepen your professional know-how.
• Your assignments will be planned and designed continuously and individually, suited to your development path.
• During your trainee programme, you will gain insights into the entire bank and discover the versatility of our bank.

• You have a university degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s level) in computer science or a technical field and very good German skills.
• You are characterised by your great initiative as well as your networked and holistic thinking.

• You are open to new things and show continuous willingness to learn and perform.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Ideally, you also bring some initial professional experience or possess the following technical knowledge: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Typescript, knowledge in Continuous Integration & Delivery (CloudBees/Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Nexus, GitLab), experience in the use of AI solutions in software engineering
