What you achieve

• Professional expertise: As an experienced insurance advisor specialising in pension and financial services, you know the industry and its products. You support and empower our customer advisors, provide training, and are the first point of contact for questions regarding pensions
• Market analysis:You conduct market analyses and develop market penetration strategies to identify and utilise potentials and opportunities in the pension and finance sector
• Expansion of pensions and finance:You are involved from the start and play a key role in building and shaping the area around insurance solutions in pensions and finance. Planning marketing measures, implementation, and controlling are also your responsibility
• Building customer relationships:You establish contacts with companies, build long-term relationships, and continuously develop your customer portfolio
• Teamwork:As a member of our Pension and Finance Market Responsibility community, you make a significant contribution to the professional and sales development of topics at Helvetia and actively participate as a member of the leadership team at the general agency
