In this role, you ensure through precise measurements and tests that products and components always meet the defined quality requirements. You are responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting measurement series using modern measuring instruments and methods. You interpret measurement data, derive corrective actions, and thus actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. As an experienced specialist in measurement technology, you bring your expertise to the evaluation of test reports and the optimisation of existing test concepts. Through your careful and structured working method, you create transparency about product quality and make a decisive contribution to sustainable quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- You carry out standardised static and dynamic machine and process measurements, evaluate and interpret them
- In this role, you operate and manage measurement hardware and software
- As a quality assurance measurement technician, you identify fault patterns and anomalies outside specified tolerance limits and correlate measurement results with mechanical issues
- You perform trend analyses on machines and component populations and supervise prototype measurements including documentation
- In this role, you create and maintain work instructions, record quality defects in SAP, and are the contact person for quality issues in the assembly area
- As a quality assurance measurement technician, you contribute to the further development of measurement methods and actively support innovation processes as well as technical field service
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education in electromechanics or are an experienced machine assembler with a flair for electronics
- You possess solid expertise in interpreting statistical key figures
- You are familiar with physical measurement quantities and their application
- You have basic knowledge of vibration theory
- You have sound knowledge of typical machine and process diagnosis methods
- You have good IT skills in Microsoft Office, ideally also in SAP
