YOUR TASKS
- Leading a specialist group in operating theatre care with a focus on neuro-, spinal-, ENT and eye surgery
- Ensuring and further developing quality standards in operating theatre care
- Coordinating and monitoring processes within the area of responsibility
- Professional and organisational development of the specialities
- Active participation in routine operative work during complex procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the fields of neuro-, spinal-, ENT or eye surgery
- Leadership experience or willingness to undertake management training
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Resilient, responsible and team-oriented personality
