What you will do here
- Ensure facility management in the area of (basic) cleaning, maintenance, security, and material management as well as technical systems (doors, elevators)
- Organize, coordinate, and control all types of cleaning
- Perform daily cleaning, waste disposal and management, as well as minor repair tasks
- Support the Head of Facility Management including deputizing during absences
- Provide on-call service, usually every three weeks (Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, occasionally also on Saturday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm)
What you ideally bring with you
- Basic craft training, completion of caretaker training is an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience in cleaning techniques and good computer skills
- Manual dexterity
- Independent and responsible working style as well as organizational skills
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
