In this role, as an experienced medical leader, you take on the leading responsibility in surgery and help shape the further development of the department at a high medical level. Responsibilities:
- You independently treat patients including outpatient and inpatient surgeries.
- In this role, you conduct personal senior physician consultations.
- As Head of Surgery, you regularly take part in interdisciplinary surgical emergency services.
- You are responsible for the organisational leadership and further development of the assigned departments within the framework of the hospital’s strategic and operational goals.
- In this role, you teach and coach assistant doctors.
- You maintain and expand medical networking within and outside the hospital.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in General Surgery with a focus on Traumatology or are close to obtaining it.
- You think and act in a networked, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional manner.
- You are interested in innovations, modern medical technology, and digitalisation.
- You want to actively help shape important changes and renewals.
- You are characterised by reliability, performance orientation, and enjoyment of your work.
