What is my role?
Troubleshooting and fault rectification
You analyse technical problems methodically and resolve them - whether hydraulic, pneumatic or at the interfaces to automation.Carrying out maintenance and repair work
You take care of the regular maintenance and repair of industrial and measurement, control and regulation systems.Overhaul of parts and components
You dismantle valves, cylinders as well as measuring and control devices, check them thoroughly and restore them professionally.Optimisation and further development of systems
You develop improvement proposals, implement adjustments practically and work hand in hand with the engineering, automation and production departments.Participation in plant shutdowns and overhauls
During planned or unplanned shutdowns you pitch in - structured, solution-oriented and as a reliable part of the team.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical basic training, for example as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, electrical installer or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in an industrial environment
You are familiar with machines, systems and maintenance, ideally from a manufacturing companyKnowledge or strong interest in hydraulics and pneumatics, mechanics and component overhaul, instrumentation as well as measurement, control and regulation or electrical measurement, control and regulation, plus enjoyment in collaborating with colleagues from electrical engineering and automation
Willingness to take on on-call duties
Language skills: Solid German skills at B2 level for smooth communication within the team and with other departments
