• Responsibility for the economic development of defined product categories as well as continuous optimisation of the range
• Accompanying new products from the idea through to launch and further development, ensuring up-to-date product information including sales arguments
• Positioning and differentiating products in the market as well as planning and implementing product launches
• Calculation of new products and ranges
• Analysis of market, customer, and sales trends
• Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and profitability
• Support for the sales team as well as conducting product training and internal presentations
• Assistance with the introduction of new products to customers
• Close collaboration with management as well as sales, purchasing, and marketing departments
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

• completed training as an electrician or comparable technical basic training
• further training in marketing, product management, or business administration
• several years of professional experience in the trading environment or product management as well as pronounced business knowledge
• proficient user knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems is an advantage
• very good German and good English skills (at least level B2) in spoken and written form
• entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, and analytical thinking
• strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
