Our client from the Lake Constance region is part of one of the world’s largest and leading providers of responsible packaging solutions. At this state-of-the-art production site, around 300 employees refine a wide variety of materials into sustainable and recyclable packaging materials. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a skilled and technically proficient individual for the tool setup department.

Employee Tool Setup (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Versatile and central to production

• Preparation, inspection, assembly and storage of gravure cylinders exactly according to production planning
• Professional grinding, maintenance and management of circular knives as well as operating the knife grinding machines
• Careful preparation and inspection of rollers for the various production machines
• Independent execution of cleaning, maintenance and minor repair work
• Reliable management of the technical warehouse as well as ensuring continuous oil supply
• Active support with transport tasks as well as continuous improvement and optimisation measures in daily operations

Your profile: What you bring

• Successfully completed technical or craft apprenticeship
• Practical experience in a production or industrial company is a great advantage
• A pronounced technical understanding combined with manual dexterity
• An absolutely independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• You are a true team player, show flexibility and a high level of responsibility
• Good and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
