Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing, CNC Milling in Day Shift

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Programming CNC machining processes with Heidenhain controls
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
• Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium series according to drawings
• Quality control of manufactured workpieces using common measuring instruments
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and programs
• Maintenance and care of machines and equipment

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling
• Very good knowledge in programming with Heidenhain
• Experience with Mastercam
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
