🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or commercial training, as well as several years of professional experience in the same position in 5* hospitality
A responsible, precise, proactive, and committed personality
Professional manners in German and English are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
Well-groomed appearance and physical resilience
A very high quality awareness, very polite manners, as well as a neat appearance and service mindset
📄 YOUR TASKS
Ensuring a smooth and professional process in housekeeping
Control of cleanliness throughout the hotel (guest areas and back of house areas), the spa area, and outdoor areas according to the required standards
Checking and preparing guest and staff rooms
Depot management and control of Lost & Found
Ordering/providing cleaning agents
Responsible for discreet, reserved & attentive 5* service according to LHW, Forbes, FHR, and house standards
