About the job
The electrical service of Erlenhof | Foundation offers planning and design of electrical systems in new and renovation buildings on behalf of customers. The range of services also includes service, maintenance, repair work, and safety inspections of electrical systems.
In addition to individually planned, needs-oriented lighting concepts, the offer also includes building automation with intelligent control, presented in its own showroom in the centre of Reinach. The range of services is complemented by the installation and maintenance of networks in the fields of telecommunications and IT.

Administration & Sales Employee 40% - 60%
Your area of responsibility:- Friendly reception & competent advice for our customers
- Sale of electrical devices, accessories and services
- Telephone customer support and appointment scheduling for service technicians
- Administrative tasks such as offers, invoices, delivery notes, data maintenance and correspondence
- Showroom maintenance and attractive product presentation including co-design of the presentation rooms
- Organisation and support of training sessions (reception, catering, provision of materials)
- Coordination with suppliers and ensuring a smooth ordering and delivery process
- Enjoyment in contact with people
- You feel comfortable as the interface between sales, administration and service
- Experience in sales or administrative tasks (retail, office or comparable)
- A warm, attentive and patient manner in dealing with customers
- Organisational talent as well as a reliable and structured way of working
- Willingness to take responsibility and to contribute in a social environment
- Basic knowledge in the electrical field or interest in learning
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
