For the Post-Processing of Radioactive Materials (NRM) group in the Hot Laboratory department, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and documentation of Hot Cell 6 for conditioning the highly active solid waste of the hot laboratory
- Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of a shielded box and control of the highly active liquids contained therein
- Preparation of the required documentation (instructions, reports, declarations) as well as management of sample/waste accounting
- General operational tasks in the hot laboratory (decontamination, dismantling, conditioning, maintenance of glove boxes, and storage of consumables)
- Manufacture of workpieces according to order
- Support in the setup and operation of a decontamination station or decontamination room
Your profile
- Completed technical education (FH level)
- Open, communicative personality who enjoys working in a team
- Training and further education in radiation protection
- Experience in dismantling and decontamination
- You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written)
