Residential Support Worker 80%
(Certified Care Specialist FaBe EFZ)

• Supporting residents in their self-determination, independence and participation

Your profile
• Completed training as a care specialist or similar (FaGe etc.) or experience in supporting people with impairments or training as a social pedagogue
• Responsible, flexible and resilient personality
• Enjoyment in shaping and developing participation
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Ability to adapt to and engage with different situations
• Enthusiasm for new things, supporting and shaping changes
