Your tasks
- Needs assessments for household assignments with InterRai HC - on site and by phone
- Case management as well as contact person for clients, relatives, and employees
- Control of reported assignments and their documentation
- Support in the introduction and supervision of new employees in the area of household & care
- Collaboration with internal and external specialist offices (e.g., doctors, hospitals, insurance companies)
- If necessary: independent execution of household assignments
Your profile
- Completed training as FaGe or Household Management Specialist EFZ
- Experience in Spitex needs assessments and case management (mandatory)
- Knowledge in the application of interRAI HC
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Good IT skills (e.g., Perigon, Beekeeper)
- Driver's license category B and mobility
