Your future area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the support and continuous optimization of revenue strategies in a cluster
- Development and implementation of revenue management and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness of the hotels
- Conducting market analyses and competitor monitoring to identify and exploit revenue potential
- Close collaboration with general managers to develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profit
- Maximizing RevPAR penetration (RGI)
- Cooperation with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective pricing strategies and revenue enhancement measures
- Continuous monitoring of competitor prices and market conditions to adjust own pricing strategies
- Use of revenue management and analysis tools to create demand forecasts and annual budgets
- Collaboration with the eCommerce team to develop and optimize the hotels' online sales strategy and channels
Your profile
- A bachelor’s degree in revenue management, hotel management, or economics is an advantage but not strictly required
- Several years of experience in revenue management, ideally in the hospitality industry
Analytical, structured working style - Ability to interpret even complex data and derive strategic decisions
- Result-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving revenue targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, especially good Excel skills
- Team spirit and openness
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel
