Your future area of responsibility

Responsibility for the support and continuous optimization of revenue strategies in a cluster
Development and implementation of revenue management and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness of the hotels
Conducting market analyses and competitor monitoring to identify and exploit revenue potential
Close collaboration with general managers to develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profit
Maximizing RevPAR penetration (RGI)
Cooperation with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective pricing strategies and revenue enhancement measures
Continuous monitoring of competitor prices and market conditions to adjust own pricing strategies
Use of revenue management and analysis tools to create demand forecasts and annual budgets
Collaboration with the eCommerce team to develop and optimize the hotels' online sales strategy and channels

Your profile

A bachelor’s degree in revenue management, hotel management, or economics is an advantage but not strictly required
Several years of experience in revenue management, ideally in the hospitality industry
Analytical, structured working style
Ability to interpret even complex data and derive strategic decisions
Result-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving revenue targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office, especially good Excel skills
Team spirit and openness
Very good English skills, German is a plus
Willingness to travel
