A.H. Meyer & Cie AG has been successfully operating in the business areas of import, wholesale, and distribution of mineral oil products for almost 100 years with around 50 employees. We are a leading member of the Swiss AVIA and supply trade and consumers with fuels and heating oil.
To strengthen our finance department, we are looking for a committed person to start immediately or by arrangement as
Experienced Finance Employee (100% / permanent)
Your tasks:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Recording bank and general ledger documents
- Handling customer inquiries (by phone and in writing)
- Preparing internal billing
- Responsible for dunning and debt collection
- Supporting the head of finance and accounting
- Processing and reconciling cash flow control
- Various control and monitoring tasks
- General accounting correspondence and administration
- Substitution tasks within the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or high school diploma
- Experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reliable, structured, and precise way of working
- Independent, service-oriented, and team-capable personality
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form required, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
