On behalf of our client, a renowned watchmaking company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Planner (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the production planning of new products to guarantee their availability, while respecting quality and deadline objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans for new products
- Analyse demand requirements and translate them into manufacturing plans
- Identify risks related to capacities and propose arbitration scenarios
- Monitor performance indicators: adherence to plan, service rate, load/capacity, etc.
- Participate in planning reviews (S&OP, PDP, etc.)
- Coordinate various internal stakeholders: production, procurement, logistics, methods, quality, industrialisation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
Profile
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences, EPFL or university training (Bachelor or Master) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production or equivalent field
- First professional experience of 2 to 5 years in Supply Chain, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of industrial planning principles and Supply Chain
- Proficiency in ERP tools, ideally SAP, as well as Excel
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on indicators
- Good understanding of issues related to production capacities and procurement
- Organisation, rigour and autonomy in managing priorities, including in a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration and ability to unite stakeholders
- Proactive, persuasive, responsible and able to handle stress well.
