Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans for new products
• Analyse demand requirements and translate them into manufacturing plans
• Identify risks related to capacities and propose arbitration scenarios
• Monitor performance indicators: adherence to plan, service rate, load/capacity, etc.
• Participate in planning reviews (S&OP, PDP, etc.)
• Coordinate various internal stakeholders: production, procurement, logistics, methods, quality, industrialisation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Profile

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences, EPFL or university training (Bachelor or Master) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production or equivalent field
• First professional experience of 2 to 5 years in Supply Chain, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of industrial planning principles and Supply Chain
• Proficiency in ERP tools, ideally SAP, as well as Excel
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on indicators
• Good understanding of issues related to production capacities and procurement
• Organisation, rigour and autonomy in managing priorities, including in a changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration and ability to unite stakeholders
• Proactive, persuasive, responsible and able to handle stress well.
