Your Tasks
- Holistic management of the newly created area of Health, Age + Family
- Personnel management of the two specialist offices for Age and Family
- Operational responsibility for the field of health promotion + prevention
- Support, promotion, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion and prevention programs
- Collaboration with affected municipal authorities, schools, service providers, and institutions
- Organization and implementation of information events, workshops, and training
- Establishment of a BGM for the city administration and design of a health-promoting work environment
- Support for the department head in health-related issues
- Leadership and participation in projects
- Annual reporting
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in health or social fields (Bachelor/Master)
- Additional training in the field of health promotion + prevention or comparable training
- Leadership training and leadership experience
- Professional experience in health promotion and prevention, preferably in public administration
- Experience in project planning and implementation
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- Affinity for social, health, and social issues
- Consulting and communication skills regarding different partners (organizations, population, authorities, politics, etc.)
- Communicative and organizational skills
- Conceptual thinking ability
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach in everyday work
- Confident expression in speech and writing
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
