Tasks

• Manufacture of mechanical components and precision parts for machines and systems

  
  

• Setup, operation and monitoring of CNC and conventional machines

  
  

• Production of workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications

  
  

• Assembly of assemblies and machine components

  
  

• Carrying out quality controls and dimensional inspections of the manufactured parts

  
  

• Maintenance and care of machines, tools and production equipment

  
  

• Participation in the optimisation of production processes

  
  

• Documentation of work steps and production data

  
  

Requirements

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable training in the field of metal / mechanical engineering

  
  

• Experience with CNC machines is an advantage

  
  

• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings

  
  

• Accuracy and quality awareness

  
  

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

  
  

• Independent and reliable working style

  
  

• Teamwork and sense of responsibility

  
  

• Willingness to continue training and to work in shifts (depending on the company)
