For an established industrial company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced CNC programmer. In this responsible role, you will take on the programming and optimisation of modern CNC machining centres and make an important contribution to efficient, precise, and high-quality manufacturing.
- Programming and setting up CNC milling machines
- Determining suitable machining strategies, tools, and cutting data
- Commissioning new components and supporting initial series production
- Optimising existing manufacturing processes in terms of quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Analysing and resolving errors in the production process
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing and work documents
- Close collaboration with production and quality assurance
- Ensuring the required quality and deadline specifications
- Several years of experience in CNC programming and machining
- Sound knowledge of milling
- Experience with a common CAM system
- Confident handling of technical drawings as well as form and position tolerances
- High quality awareness and pronounced technical understanding
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Reliable and team-oriented personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or comparable technical basic training- Several years of experience in CNC programming and machining
- Sound knowledge of milling
- Experience with a common CAM system

- High quality awareness and pronounced technical understanding
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Reliable and team-oriented personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
