Skills
- Completed FaGe EFZ training, with experience in long-term care.
- Strong social skills and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written.

Your profile
Training as FaGe EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Knowledge in dealing with people suffering from dementia is an advantage
Enthusiasm for participating in the continuous quality improvement process
High social competence
RAI-NH and easyDok knowledge, or willingness to learn this
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
