The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups in a targeted and individual manner as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

At our location in Biberist, we are looking for a
from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

Residential Specialist, 80-100%

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogy Specialist HF or as a Care Specialist EFZ
  
• Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
• Good communication and writing skills as well as very good knowledge of German
• High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
• Positive attitude and willingness to support and contribute to operational development processes
• Good IT user skills (Word, Outlook)
