The Institute for Complementary and Integrative Medicine IKIM meaningfully and solidly combines conventional medicine and complementary medicine in the sense of integrative medicine.

Your tasks and competencies
- You reliably support and relieve the institute director in daily business and all organizational and administrative matters
- You maintain an overall overview of the business and enable forward-looking planning
- You manage personnel and financial matters in cooperation with the university
- You correspond independently and based on templates in German and English
- You provide administrative support for research projects and teaching and continuing education events
- You organize meetings, travel, and congress participation at home and abroad
You bring with you
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks and competency areas
- Ideally a qualification as executive assistant or comparable further training
- Experience in the university sector is desirable
- You work independently, precisely, and efficiently, recognize priorities, and keep an overview
- You have a structured way of thinking and independently recognize upcoming tasks
- You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, loyalty, and discretion
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- You communicate confidently in German and have good written and spoken English skills
- You have pronounced social and communication skills, resilience, and flexibility
