We are further expanding our sales department and creating new positions to strengthen our teams. In each team, we are looking for someone who focuses specifically on new customer acquisition and actively drives our growth.

Your tasks as
Sales Professional for New Customer Acquisition in the Zurich, Baden and Schaffhausen Region (m/f/d)
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for motivated sales professionals with a pronounced "hunter" mentality for the Zurich, Baden and Schaffhausen region. Your focus is on acquiring new customers for our hygiene services. You build new customer relationships and accompany your customers for about three months after the delivery of our solutions. Afterwards, you hand them over in a structured manner to your colleagues in account management, who take over the long-term care.
Your role as a sales professional for new customer acquisition
- You independently coordinate your new customer appointments in your assigned sales area – and the market segments assigned to you
- In addition, you present our rental and purchase solutions and advise new customers individually on washroom solutions and dirt-trapping mats
- You prepare calculations directly on site with the customer
- You work in a structured manner and follow a clear daily plan including regular check-ins and check-outs

- You already have experience in B2B field sales as well as in actively acquiring new markets
- A structured and goal-oriented customer acquisition approach as well as confident handling of objections characterise you
- Persuasiveness, closing orientation and a pronounced "hunter" mentality are among your strengths
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driving licence are required
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. SFDC) and common MS Office applications complete your profile
- In addition, you convince with good coordination between customer care, service and telesales
