In this role, you will take responsibility for the specialist care of outpatient and inpatient patients in the field of spinal surgery and help shape the clinical routine at a high orthopaedic level. You will be responsible for active participation in the duty system as well as in interdisciplinary treatment processes in a modern, future-oriented environment. Additionally, you will engage in clinical and training events and contribute your expertise in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. Another focus lies in actively contributing to the expansion of the spinal department and the further development of treatment standards. You will use your high professional, social, and economic competence to meet the demanding requirements of a lively operation.
Responsibilities:
- You will take comprehensive care of our outpatient and inpatient patients in the spinal field.
- In this role, you will actively participate in the duty system and ensure continuous care.
- As the lead medical professional for orthopaedics spine, you will work interdisciplinarily in a lively, modern, and future-oriented hospital.
- You will actively engage in our clinical and training events and contribute your expertise.
- In this role, you will play a key part in the expansion and further development of the spinal department.
Qualifications:
- You are a specialist (FMH) in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system with proven experience in spinal surgery.
- You demonstrate high commitment and pronounced teamwork skills.
- You communicate clearly and appreciatively and contribute creatively to the further development of the department.
- You possess strong social competence and approach patients and colleagues with empathy.
- You bring good business understanding and appreciate the dynamics of a lively operation.
