Workforce Application Manager (m/f/d)

You continuously develop digital solutions for demand-oriented and efficient deployment planning.
You analyse processes, regulations and system logics, identify weaknesses and implement targeted improvements.
You support those responsible in the optimal use of planning tools and convey practical know-how.
You accompany new working methods from conception to implementation and strengthen acceptance among the affected teams.
You work closely with specialist departments, HR and IT and ensure sustainable further development of planning processes.
Qualifications:
You have training in business informatics or a comparable qualification and ideally know processes in healthcare.
You have experience with personnel planning, workforce management or comparable digital solutions.
You think analytically and networked, question established processes and develop actionable improvements from them.
You present yourself confidently, moderate different interests and can convey complex contexts understandably.
You enjoy change processes, work independently and bring people with different perspectives together.
