What to Expect
- Responsibility for professional advice and implementation of strategic goals in the departments
- Professional support and empowerment of nursing staff in daily work (approx. 30-50%)
- Analysis of complex nursing situations and development of solutions
- Monitoring compliance with nursing standards and guidelines
- Maintaining contact with residents and relatives
- Acting as a role model in the role of a nursing professional
- Guidance, promotion, and support of our students in practical and theoretical training (approx. 50%)
- Responsibility for learning support and design of studies/training
- Planning and coordination of learning support for trainees in collaboration with the department head and the vocational training coach
Your Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in nursing & care, preferably in long-term care
- Pedagogical experience and quality management knowledge are advantageous
- Pedagogical further training SVEB I or willingness to undertake it
- High social competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with organisational talent
- Commitment to vocational training and knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Strong sense of responsibility and high quality awareness
