What is my role?

You control and monitor modern production plants and ensure a smooth manufacturing process. You set up the machines, commission them, and carry out regular quality checks. In case of malfunctions, you intervene quickly and independently resolve minor technical issues. Additionally, you document production data and work closely with your colleagues from maintenance.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic or comparable

• Experience in operating production plants

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Willingness to work shifts

• Careful and responsible working style

• Team spirit and reliability
