Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure (Windows servers, clients, networks, printers, etc.)
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Participation in IT projects and continuous development of system landscapes
Monitoring system availability and conducting error analyses
Management of user and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Documentation of IT processes and systems
Your profile:
Completed training in the IT field
Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, network technology, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
